Rafay Sheikh
Rafay brings a strong commitment to community service and local engagement, built on years of hands-on volunteer work and leadership within our local institutions. A graduate in Business Administration from the University of Central Oklahoma, Rafay began his volunteer journey in Oklahoma through student organizations on campus. After relocating to Texas, his dedication to community deepened. He has become actively involved with local non-profits—and now serves as a core board member of the Sachse Muslim Society (SMS). In this role, he leads the parking team by working closely with neighborhood groups and the police to efficiently manage high traffic volumes during Friday prayers and other times, while also contributing to SMS’s financial management. Additionally, Rafay volunteers with organizations such as Goodwill, the Salvation Army, Wheels on Meal, and Helping Hands. As the HOA President for the Ranch Park community, Rafay plays an important role in connecting residents with the City of Sachse and the local police department to enhance neighborhood safety and vitality. His leadership has fostered stronger collaboration between the community and local government, ensuring that residents’ voices are heard and acted upon.

I graduated in Business Administration from University of Central Oklahoma.I started my career in banking industry with internal audits than started a car business, now working with Airline Industry to support leave and payroll audits. On top of that I also hold certifications like PMP, SIX Sigma, First Aid and CPR. I have 26 years of customer care experience and leading experience in finance.
